Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Fertigung, die Durchführung von Vakuumabnahmetests und die Lieferung von insgesamt 50 Strahlvakuum-Kalt-Warm-Übergängen. Die Gesamtmenge verteilt sich auf fünf verschiedene Bautypen mit unterschiedlichen Längen von 428 mm bis 573 mm, die jeweils in variierenden Stückzahlen herzustellen und zu prüfen sind. Die Kalt-Warm-Übergänge sind mit drehbaren DN160CF Standardflanschen ausgestattet. Zum Leistungsum-fang gehört ferner die Lieferung von 50 zugehörigen Dichtungen, die der vakuumdichten Anbin-dung der Baugruppen an die Kryostate dienen. - 4 Stk. Due to the expected amount of activity in the exhaust air, FAIR will be required in the future to operate an exhaust air measurement system that specifies the composition and activity of the discharge. The sampling system should consist of a sampling rack that takes a representative air sample of approximately 1/1000 of the exhaust air volume flow, transports it to the measuring devices via a loop system, and returns it to the exhaust air stream after the measurement. The measuring system should enable continuous measurement of radioactive aerosols and gaseous radioactive nuclides. Gamma spectrometric measurements should be performed in parallel or subsequently during both measurements.
