Zur Realisierung dieses Industriegebietes sind u.a. Planungsleistungen für die Freianlagen, die Ausgleichs- und Ersatzmaßnahmen für die Erschließung des Industriegebiets darstellen, erforderlich. Diese Leistung ist Verfahrensgegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens.
