Die beabsichtigte Beschaffung beinhaltet die Lieferung und Installation eines Raman-Mikroskopes für Einzelphotonenmessungen, einschließlich Lieferung, Montage und Präsenz-Einweisung. Das Raman-Mikroskop muss kompakt und flexibel für bis zu drei Anregungslaser sein und für anspruchsvolle spektroskopische Anwendungen sowie die konfokale Raman-Bildgebung optimiert sein. Es muss Funktionen für Einzelphotonen- und zeitaufgelösten Lumineszenz-Mikroskopie sowie Second Harmonic Generation Mikroskopie bieten. Die Finanzierung erfolgt über Zuwendungen aus dem Bundeshaushalt, Einzelplan 30, Kapitel 04, Titel 68510,Haushaltsjahr 2025, für das Vorhaben: "Verbundprojekt: CVD-Synthese, Grundlagen und Optimierung von 2D-Materialien und deren Multilagensysteme für Quantentechnologien (QuantenMOCVD) - Teilvorhaben: Integrierte photonische Quantenbauteile"
