Die Anlage soll spätestens bis Mitte 2028 errichtet und in Betrieb genommen werden. Angefragt werden in diesem Zusammenhang die Leistungen für das Projektmanagement zur Planung, Genehmigung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme der Gesamtanlage sowie die Auftragnehmer-Koordination unter Einbeziehung der operativen Abteilungen der SWP.
