Gründung: Plattengründung mit Einzelfundamenten und Frostschürzen. Tragkonstruktion: Massivbau aus Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk, Holzdach der Fahrzeughalle. Außenwände mit WDVS und Holzbekleidung, Innenwände teils Trockenbau. Dach: teils begrünte Stahlbetondecken, Fahrzeughalle Holzdach mit PV. Fenster: Alu-Isolierverglasung. Türen: Stahl, Alu, Brandschutz. Böden: schwimmender Estrich, Fahrzeughalle Rüttelboden. Heizung: Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe, FBH und Deckenstrahlplatten. Lüftung: Zentralgerät, passive Lüftung Halle, Abgasabsaugung. Kühlung: Umluftkühlung in Einsatz- und Besprechungsräumen. Sanitär: WC und Waschräume.
