Die Sanierung findet in Begleitung eines Sachverständigen für Holz- und Schimmelsanierung und eines Statikers statt. Los 2 umfasst die Leistungen der Dach- und Klempnerarbeiten für die neuen Anbauten und Erweiterung der beiden Häuser einschließlich aller erforderlichen Entwässerungs-, Abdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten nebst der Arbeiten zur Ausführung einer Dachbegrünung.
