Die Materialien enthalten teilweise Schadstoffe wie Asbest, KMF und Schwermetalle, daher erfolgt der Abbruch im Rahmen einer Schadstoffsanierung gemäß den Technischen Regeln für Gefahrstoffe (TRGS).
