Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universitat Jena beabsichtigt für Ihre wissenschaftliche Tatigkeit den Kauf eines (1) kompakten, laborfähigen Micro-Transfer-Printing-Systems zur Entwicklung, Qualifizierung und reproduzierbaren Durchführung von Transferdruckprozessen für mikro- und optoelektronische Bauelemente, Chiplets, Coupons und vergleichbare Mikrostrukturen. Das System muss insbesondere für die heterogene Integration von Halbleiter-, Photonik- und Mikrobauelementen auf Zielsubstraten geeignet sein und sowohl Einzeltransferprozesse als auch parallele Mehrfachtransferprozesse unterstützen. Die technischen Leistungsparameter aus Anlage 2 sind mindestens zu erfüllen.
