Das Gebäude grenzt direkt an das Bestandsgebäude an, ist teilunterkellert und oberirdisch dreigeschossig (EG - 2. OG). Die Nettogrundfläche beträgt rd. 1.670 m², der Bruttorauminhalt rd. 7.000 m³. Der Erweiterungsneubau wird in Stahlbetonbauweise (Mischbauweise: Fertig-, Halbfertigteile und Ortbeton) mit WDVS-Fassade errichtet. Im Rahmen der Rohbauarbeiten gibt es geringfügige Eingriffe in die Cafeteria des Bestandsgebäudes. Während der gesamten Bauarbeiten muss der Schulbetrieb ohne Einschränkungen weitergeführt werden können.
