Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten für das Gebäude Haus B 10 (ehemalige Wäscherei mit Therapie- und Betreuungsbereichen) auf dem Gelände des LWL-Klinikums Marsberg. Das Gebäude (ca. 1900 errichtet, mehrfach umgebaut, überwiegend dreigeschossig, teilweise unterkellert, in Hanglage) ist vollständig zurückzubauen, inkl. vorlaufender Schadstoffsanierung und Entkernung. Bruttogrundfläche ca. 2.700 m², umbauter Raum ca. 9.600 m³, Höhe ca. 18 m. Leistungsumfang: Baustelleneinrichtung, Verkehrssicherung, Rodungsarbeiten, Entrümpelung/Entkernung, Schadstoffsanierung (Asbest, KMF), Schwarzbereichseinrichtung, vollst. Rückbau inkl. Fundamente/Sohlplatte, kontrollierter Rückbau unter Berücksichtigung der Hanglage.
