Spezifikationen: indirekter Nebel (Umgebungstemperatur bis +60°C, Ausfall 0,5-2 ml/80cm²/h), direkter Nebel (senkrecht, Schwingung, hohe Ausfallraten bis 5,5 ml/80cm²/h), Trocknung mit Umgebungsluft oder vorkonditionierter Luft (Schnelltrocknung: +35°C/100%RH zu +70°C in 30/15 min, max. 80°C), Kondensation (Umgebungstemperatur bis +60°C, 95-100% RH), Luftfeuchtekontrolle (T: Umgebung bis +60°C, RH: 15-80% zu 70°C, >80-95% zu 60°C), Toleranzen: ±0,75°C, ±3% RH. Trocknungsübergänge: konstante Temperatur (35°C/95%RH zu 35°C/50%RH in ≤2h), steigende Temperatur (35°C/95%RH zu 45°C/50%RH in ≤2h), nach SST (35°C/100%RH zu 45°C/50%RH in ≤2h).
