Die Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, nachfolgend Auftraggeberin - AG) beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von zwei (2) raumfahrttauglichen Ka-Band Transceiver-Systems für die Realisierung eines bidirektionalen Intersatelliten Links zwischen einer CubeSat-LEO-Satelliten-Konstellation und dem geostationären Heinrich-Hertz-Satelliten (H2Sat). Die Leistung umfasst das Transceiver-System, die erforderlichen elektrischen, mechanischen, thermischen und softwareseitigen Schnittstellen, die Nachweisführung, die Dokumentation sowie optionale Unterstützung bei Integration, Test und Inbetriebnahme und ein optionales Bodenstati-onsmodem zur End-2-End Datenübertragung. Die Raumfahrttauglichkeit muss durch Heritage und AIT/AIVT-Nachweise gezeigt werden. / Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) intends to procure two (2) space-qualified Ka-band transceiver systems for the implementation of a bidirectional inter-satellite link between a CubeSat low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation and the geostationary Heinrich Hertz Satellite (H2Sat). The scope of supply includes the transceiver systems, the required electrical, mechanical, thermal, and software interfaces, verification and validation evidence, technical documentation, as well as optional support for integration, testing, and commissioning, and an optional ground station modem for end-to-end data transmission. Space qualification shall be demonstrated by flight heritage and by appropriate Assembly, Integration and Test / Assembly, Integration, Verification and Test (AIT/AIVT) evidence.
