Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind alle Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärarbeiten (HLS) des Neubaus zu den Kostengruppen 410 bis 430. DAS OBJEKT ENTHÄLT FOLGENDE HLS-ARBEITEN: - KG 410 - ABWASSER-, WASSER-, GASANLAGEN - ca. 3.000 m Trinkwasserleitung in Edelstahl als Verteilungsleitung - ca. 3.300 m Verbundrohr für die Vorwandinstallation - jeweils 203 Stück: WC, Dusche, Waschbecken inkl. Accessoires - ca. 150 Absperr- / Regulierventile - ca. 500 m schallgedämmte Schmutzwasser-Verteilungsleitung - ca. 1.300 m Schmutzwasser-Sammelanschlussleitung - Kaltwassererzeugung für die Trinkwasserhygiene - KG 420 - WÄRMEVERSORGUNG - Fernwärme-Übergabestation - Heizungsverteiler mit 4 Heizkreisen - Warmwasserbereitung - ca. 900 m Heizungsleitung - 5.500 m² Fußbodenheizung - KG 430 - RAUMLUFTTECHNISCHE ANLAGEN - ca. 70 m Lüftungsleitung - 200 Stück Abluftelemente - 6 zentrale Entlüfter auf dem Dach //// Ausführungstermine: - Beginn Bauleistung vor Ort (Rohmontage Heizungszentrale, Zuleitung Heizung EG, Steigschachtverteilung): 28.09.2026 - Beginn Hauptleistungen Innenausbau BT1 gemäß beiliegendem Lean-Terminplan / Taktplan: 19.10.2026 - Fertigstellung BT1 gemäß beiliegendem Lean-Terminplan / Taktplan: 16.07.2027 - Beginn Innenausbau BT2/3 gemäß beiliegendem Lean-Terminplan / Taktplan: 14.12.2026 - Fertigstellung BT3 gemäß beiliegendem Lean-Terminplan / Taktplan: 17.08.2027 - Restarbeiten / Mängelbeseitigung: 01.11.2027
