Das Gebäude Haus 60a wird im Bestand als Hauptzugang durch eine Türanlage mit einer Karusselltür in der Mitte und beidseitig je einer Drehflügeltür betreten. Die vorhandene Türanlage erfüllte nicht mehr die heutigen Anforderungen an einen stark frequentierten und behindertengerechten Gebäudezugang und soll durch eine zweiteilige Schiebetüranlage ersetzt werden. Gleichzeitig ist die Sauberlauffläche im Windfang zu erneuern. Die vorhandene Karusselltür, einschließlich der beiden Drehtüren links und rechts, ist zurückzubauen und durch eine zweiteilige Aluminium-Glas-Schiebetüranlage in der Mitte und zwei festverglasten Seitenteilen zu ersetzen. Die neue Schiebetüranlage ist auf der Innenseite auf die vorhandene Rahmenkonstruktion aufzubauen. Die Bauausführung hat bei laufendem Betrieb der Nachbarbereiche zu erfolgen.
