Fördermittel erfordern Fertigstellung bis 31.12.2029, Abrechnung bis 31.03.2030. Bauausführung durch Generalunternehmer auf Basis funktionaler Leistungsbeschreibung. Vergabe von Generalplanungsleistungen.
