Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens ist die Findung eines Generalplaners, der sämtliche Planungen vollständig übernimmt, koordiniert und für deren ordnungsgemäße Ausführung verantwortlich ist. Erforderlich sind Generalplanungsleistungen unter Einbezug der folgenden Leistungsbilder: "Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume" gem. § 34 in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 der HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 bis 9, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen. "Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung" gem. § 55 in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 bis 9 für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 & 8, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen "Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung" gem. § 51 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 14 der HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 & 6, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen "Beratungsleistungen Bauphysik" in den Leistungsbildern "Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung", "Bauakustik" und "Raumakustik" gem. Anlage 1.2 der HOAI in den LPH 1 - 7
