Es entsteht ein zweigeschossiger, rechteckiger Solitärbau. Die Trinkwasserversorgung erfolgt über den Bestandshausanschluss. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist dezentral (Durchlauferhitzer) für die Schule und zentral (Frischwasserstation) für die Turnhalle geplant.
