Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Anlagen ELT, Anlagengruppen 4 und 5, mit den Leistungsphasen 1-8 und Besondere Leistungen, §§53ff, HOAI 2021. Geplant ist ein Erweiterungsbau an die bestehende Grundschule Happing (Stadtteil von Rosenheim) mit Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle sowie die Sanierung bzw. Renovierung des Bestandes UG Süd (Umbau von Horträumen in Klassenzimmer). Der Rückbau der bestehenden Turnhalle aus den 1970er Jahren (nicht unterkellert) erfordert die Begleitung durch einen Fachplaner für elektrotechnische Anlage, da eine technische Verflechtung der Halle mit dem Schulgebäude besteht. Um den laufenden Schulbetrieb nicht zu beeinträchtigen, ist im Rahmen der Planung ein Konzept zur elektrotechnischen Trennung zu entwickeln.
