Umfasst Ausrüstungs- und Bauleistungen sowie Ausführungsplanung für Verkehrsanlagen, bahntechnische Ausrüstung (S-Bahnstrom, OLA, 50Hz-Anlagen, Erdung/Blitzschutz), konstruktiven Ingenieur- und Hochbau sowie Erd-, Kabel- und Tiefbau (inkl. Tk- und LST-Anlagen). Optional enthalten sind Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die Interimsanbindung des Werkstattstandorts Schönerlinder Straße.
