Das Evangelische Diakonissenhaus Berlin Teltow Lehnin ist Antragsteller und Bauherr des Vorhabens „Umbau Johannes-Jänicke-Haus“ in Halle (Saale). Es handelt sich um den Umbau und die Sanierung eines bestehenden Altenpflegeheims im laufenden Betrieb. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Umwandlung von Doppelzimmern in Einzelzimmer, um den heutigen pflegefachlichen Anforderungen zu entsprechen und die Lebensqualität der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zu verbessern. Weitere bauliche, technische und organisatorische Anpassungen begleiten den Umbau. Fördermittelhinweis: Diese Maßnahme wird im Rahmen des Förderprogramms „Investitionen Pflege und Wohnen“ des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt gefördert. Die Förderung wurde mit Zuwendungsbescheid der Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt vom 06.08.2025 bewilligt. „Die bauliche Maßnahme – Umbau Altenpflegeheim ‚Johannes-Jänicke-Haus‘ in Halle – wurde mit Mitteln des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt finanziert.“
