Durch den persönlichen Service vor Ort positioniert sich DEW21 klar gegenüber Online-Wettbewerbern und schafft ein unverwechselbares Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Wohnortnahe und vertrauenswürdige Anlaufstellen fördern die Kundenbindung und stärken die Beziehung zu den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern. Gleichzeitig werden zentrale Servicepunkte durch dezentrale Angebote entlastet, was zu einer effizienteren Betreuung führt. Der Fokus liegt dabei gezielt auf werthaltiger Kundschaft sowie auf Stadtteilen mit besonders hohem Servicebedarf, um die Ressourcen optimal einzusetzen und den größtmöglichen Nutzen für die Gemeinschaft zu erzielen. Dabei soll der persönliche Kundenkontakt im Vordergrund stehen und langfristige Kundenbindungen gestärkt und ausgebaut werden. Folgender Leistungsumfang ist im Rahmen der Übernahme der festen und mobilen Filialbetriebe vorgesehen: - Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen - Akquise - Cross-Selling/Up-Selling/Leads/Opts-Ins Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
