Dachsanierung Kleinlackiererei BUW Dachsanierung Kleinlackiererei BUW Rückbau der bestehenden Dachabdichtung und Herstellung einer neuen Flachdachabdichtung einschließlich aller Nebenarbeiten wie Anschlüsse und Aufkantungen, umlaufende Attikaanschlüsse sowie der Anschluss an das bestehende Sheddach auf einer Fläche von ca. 85 m². Ein auf dem Dach befindliches Lüftungsgerät (Grundfläche ca. 35 m²) ist umlaufend in die Abdichtung einzubinden. Zum angrenzenden Bestandsdach sind Trenn- bzw. Anschlussschotts herzustellen. Die Eindeckung des angrenzenden Sheddaches wird demontiert und in diesem Zuge die alte Dämmung entfernt und das Dach mit neuer Dämmstärke aufgebaut. Die Attikaabdeckung ist auf einer Länge von ca. 90 m inkl. eines Geländers auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zu erneuern.
