Bei der eingeforderten Leistung handelt es sich um die SKP Planungsleistung der Betonsanierung für das Parkhaus PC der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal (BUW). Ziel der Maßnahme ist die vollständige Instandsetzung der betroffenen Bauteile unter Berücksichtigung der erforderlichen Schadstoffsanierung sowie die Wiederherstellung der uneingeschränkten Nutzbarkeit und Erschließung des gesamten Parkhauskomplexes (PC und PB) mit der Vorgabe einer Restnutzungsdauer von 25 Jahren. siehe Anlage 2 zum Vertrag
