Änderungsbekanntmachung für Abschlussprüfungen 2023 ff. der IBB UV und Tochterunternehmen: Grund ist die Unvorhersehbarkeit, dass nach Vertragsschluss andere Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften Mandate erhielten, die deren Unabhängigkeit gefährden (Art. 6 EU-APrVO). Dadurch schrumpfte der Bieterkreis, eine Neuausschreibung brächte weniger Wettbewerb (ursprünglich nur zwei Angebote). Verlängerung um ein Jahr ermöglicht Auslaufen laufender Mandate und erweiterten Bieterkreis für bestmöglichen Wettbewerb.
