Geplante Baumaßnahme: Die Bergische Universität Wuppertal beabsichtigt auf dem Gebäude FTZ die Errichtung einer Photovoitaikanlage (PVA) mit einer installierten Leistung von etwa 11 kWp. Die PVA soll in das bestehende Niederspannungstestnetz am Campus Freudenberg integriert werden und Daten für das Forschungsprojekt "FlexAqua" liefern. Ziel der Integration ist es, unter realitätsnahen Bedingungen die Forschung an Einspeiseprognosen für Photovoltaikanlagen zu ermöglichen. Hierfür wird die Anlage in vier Teilbereiche zu je etwa 3,0 kWp aufgeteilt. Die Bestandshalle erhält zu diesem Zweck eine ringsumlaufende Absturzsicherung sowie eine Steigleiter mit Rückenschutz.gemäß AStR.
