Optimierung der Büroräume im Dachgeschoss, Erneuerung von WC/Sanitärkernen, Anpassung der Bürostruktur. Option zur Erweiterung der Planungsleistung auf 1.+2. OG Minoritenweg 4-6 als 2. Bauabschnitt. Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6 nach HOAI.

Der Gebäudebereich des Neuen Rathauses Minoritenweg 8-10 muss generalsaniert werden. Neben den Brandschutzmängeln, ist das statische System (Dachstuhl und Geschossdecken) zu verstärken, die Gebäudehülle (insbesondere aus energetischer Sicht) zu sanieren und an den Stand der Technik anzupassen. Die gesamte Elektro-, Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallation ist zu erneuern. Im Zuge der Generalsanierung sollen die Büroräume im Dachgeschoss optimiert, die WC- und Sanitärkerne erneuert, sowie die Bürostuktur an heutige Erfordernisse angepasst werden. Dabei möchte sich der AG die Option behalten, die Planungsleistung in einem 2 Bauabschitt für die Bereiche 1.+2. OG Minoritenweg 4-6 zu erweitern.
