Tender description
Der Delta 13C Isotopen Analysator soll sowohl zeitweise fest montiert (FluxCrane Autohaubenanlage bzw. IsoFlux Messsite) als auch als Laborgerät bzw. in Gewächshausversuchen genutzt werden, weshalb auch die Feldtauglichkeit und geringer Platzbedarf hohe Priorität besitzt. Die Gasflussmessungen erfolgen im Feld mithilfe von automatischen Gassammelhauben. Zur Erfassung des aktuellen Gas-flusses werden die Hauben kurzzeitig (ca. 5-20 Minuten) auf Rahmen abgesenkt, die im Boden ver-ankert sind. Während der Absenkung soll Delta13C in CO2 sowie die Konzentrationen von CO2, H2O, und CH4 bzw. deren Veränderungen simultan, im Inneren jeweils einer Haube mithilfe des hier ausge-schriebenen Delta13C Gas Analyzers gemessen werden. Die Messungen sollen prinzipiell fortlaufend über das gesamte Jahr hinweg ausgeführt werden können. Wichtig ist, dass die beiden Geräte der Lose 1 und 2 absolut kompatibel sind!
